Live support hours are 5PM to 12AM ET on weekdays, with limited availability on weekends. Your feedback shapes what we build next.
Our Mission
We started MineXHost because we think Minecraft server hosting shouldn't be complicated, overpriced, or unreliable. We play Minecraft ourselves, and we know how annoying laggy servers, confusing control panels, and support teams that don't understand the game can be.
So we built MineXHost, a hosting company run by people who play. We only host Minecraft, so every choice we make, from the hardware we buy to the control panel we wrote, is about making your server run smoothly.
We're a startup, and we won't make promises we can't keep. We'll be honest about what we offer and keep improving based on what customers tell us.

Honest Pricing
One simple price: $5 per GB of RAM, on the same hardware for every gigabyte. No setup fees, no per-player charges, nothing hidden. The optional paid extras are a dedicated IP ($5/mo) and extra NVMe storage, priced at checkout; everything else is included.
