Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how MineXHost (MineXHost LLC) issues refunds for its Minecraft-hosting services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
3-day money-back guarantee
Every new hosting service is covered by our 3-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your first payment for that service. Eligible refunds for a first-time purchase are issued to the original payment method.
What is eligible
- First-time purchase of a hosting plan within the 3-day guarantee window — the guarantee is satisfaction-based, so no proof of a technical fault is required.
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.
- Service we were unable to provision/deliver.
What is generally not eligible
- Requests made after the refund window has passed.
- Renewals of an existing subscription (cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge — cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period is not pro-rated unless required by law).
- Add-ons, dedicated IPs, one-off setup or domain charges, and any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- Accounts terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy or for fraud/chargeback abuse.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are initiated by MineXHost staff from the admin billing tools and returned to the original payment method (card refunds via Stripe). We do not issue cash. The corresponding invoice is marked refunded and we retain the financial record as required by law. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your services pending resolution.
How to request a refund
