Your server address, subdomains, the Dedicated IP add-on, and what to do when a connection is blocked.
Java players can join with a free yourname.minexhost.com subdomain or the server's IP and port. The panel shows whether the subdomain needs the port added. Bedrock players use the IP and port. Custom domains are not supported yet.
The Dedicated IP add-on gives your server its own IP address for a monthly fee, so players connect on the default Minecraft port without typing a port number. It takes effect after you reboot your server.
If every player on your Java server shows the same IP address, that is MineXHost's edge address, not a player. Don't ban it with /ban-ip, or you block everyone. Ban players by name instead.
If MineXHost protection stopped you joining a server, ask to be unblocked at minexhost.com/unblock with the reference code from your disconnect screen. No account is needed. Server owners can also let a player in from Player Allowlist.
