How do I order my first Minecraft server?

Click Order Now on a plan, choose Java or Bedrock and a modpack or the plain game, add any extras, then pay by card with an account or as a guest. MineXHost builds the server once the payment is confirmed and takes you to it.

How do I connect to my Minecraft server?

Copy your server's address from the top of its page in the panel, then add it in Minecraft. Java players use one address; Bedrock players enter the address and the port in separate boxes.

How to install a modpack

Choose a CurseForge or Modrinth modpack at checkout, or install one later from your server's Modpack Installer. MineXEngine installs the pack and works out its mod loader, and you can take a checkpoint first.

A tour of your server's control panel

Your server's page has the status, power buttons and address along the top, a Cockpit page with the live console and server health, and a side menu that groups every tool by job.

My modpack won't start: what to do

Read the MineXEngine recovery card above the console first. It says what stopped the pack and what was done. When a mod needs to be moved aside, the panel asks you before anything changes.

Bedrock Edition servers and crossplay

Any MineXHost plan can run the official Bedrock Dedicated Server: pick Bedrock Edition at checkout or switch in the Version Changer. Players join with an IP and port. One-click Java and Bedrock crossplay is not available yet.
