Open Servers and choose a server to reach its control panel. The bar along the top shows the server's status, its power buttons and its address. The side menu groups every tool by what it is for. The first page, Cockpit, shows the live console, server health and who is online.
The top bar
The top bar stays in place on every page of the server panel.
- Status. Next to the server's name: Running, Starting, Stopping, Offline, Crashed, Installing, Install failed or Suspended. Running · not reachable means the server finished starting but our check that players can connect has not passed. Unreachable, with a Host unreachable notice, means we can't reach the machine your server runs on right now. Your server may still be running, but power controls and live stats pause until the machine reconnects, which usually takes a few minutes.
- Power buttons. Start, Restart, Stop, and Force kill as a small icon. Only the buttons that make sense for the current status are active. Use Stop for a clean shutdown. Force kill asks you to confirm first, because the world may not save and recent progress can be lost.
- Address. The DNS name and the IP address. Click one to copy it. See How do I connect to my Minecraft server?
- Server details. The plan, the loader and Minecraft version actually running, and how long the server has been up.
On a phone, the menu button at the top left opens the side menu.
Cockpit: the first page
- Console, on the left: the live server output and a box to type commands. See Use the console and run commands.
- Four action tiles under the console. Install Modpack opens the Modpack Installer. Backup Now starts a backup straight away. Invite Friends opens Subusers. Fix My Server doesn't run a separate repair: it reminds you that MineXEngine runs its startup checks every time the server starts, so a restart runs them again.
- Server health, in the middle: a plain-English verdict, the TPS gauge, and MSPT, entity and chunk counts. Each circled "i" explains its number. If TPS is around 20, the server itself is running smoothly.
- Metrics: CPU against your plan's burst ceiling, players online, memory used against your plan's limit, and network traffic.
- Who's Online, on the right: the players on your server now.

Under Get Support, the Billing section's Plan & Billing link opens your subscription for this server, where you change plan, add a Dedicated IP or extra storage, and manage renewal. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan or storage.
On a Bedrock server, Player Manager, Give Items, World Map, Votifier Tester and Datapacks are hidden, because they only work with Java Edition.
