How billing works, payment methods, invoices, plan and storage changes, refunds and cancelling.
Each server is a subscription, priced in US dollars, paid in advance and renewed every 30 days on your saved card. Upgrades are prorated, you can pay ahead, and a failed renewal gives you 3 days to pay before the server is suspended.
MineXHost takes card payments through Stripe, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link where your device supports them. The card you pay with is saved for renewals, and you can replace it or choose a default card on the Billing page.
Every payment you make has a receipt under Payments in your account, where you can view it, print it or save it as a PDF, and export a CSV. The confirmation email for your first order is also your receipt.
Type the code in the Promo code box in your cart and click Apply. A code takes money off the plan price, never add-ons, and covers either your first payment only or every renewal. The cart tells you which before you pay.
Change your plan or storage from Plan & Billing at any time. An upgrade charges the prorated difference straight away, a downgrade charges nothing today and lowers your next payment, and either way you reboot your server to apply it.
Your first hosting plan is covered by our 3-day money-back guarantee: ask within 72 hours of your server being set up for a full refund. Use Cancel and refund in Plan & Billing. The server and its world are deleted.
Cancel from Plan & Billing at any time. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for, then it is suspended. Nothing is deleted when it cancels, and you can resume before the period ends.
If a renewal failed and your server is still running, pay it with Pay now. Once a server is suspended, start a new subscription for it on the Billing page; the first 30 days are charged right away and your world and files are still there.
