Every payment you make has a receipt in your account under Payments. You can view each one, print it or save it as a PDF, and export the list as a CSV file. The confirmation email for your first order is also your receipt.
Find a receipt
- Open your account and choose the Payments tab. The Billing history table lists each payment with its invoice number, description, payment method, date and amount.
- Click a payment to open its receipt. It shows the date, plan, server, the card it was paid with, each line item, any discount and tax, and the total paid.
- Click Print receipt. A printable receipt opens in a new tab. Print it, or use your browser's print option to save it as a PDF. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for minexhost.com and try again.
To download your payments as a spreadsheet, click Export CSV. The Billing page (/account/billing) has the same receipts under Billing history, with a search box and filters by type and year. On the Subscriptions page, View receipts takes you to the same list.
Receipt numbers look like MX-2026-1A2B3C4D. Quote the number if you contact support about a payment.
Which payments get a receipt
- Your first order for each server.
- Each subscription renewal.
- A plan upgrade, a paid add-on change, or paying ahead.
- A subscription you start for a server from the Billing page.
A receipt appears only when money was actually charged. A downgrade or an add-on removal charges nothing, so it has no receipt. A receipt appears once the payment is confirmed. If your first order is still being set up, the Payments page tells you its receipt will appear once the payment is recorded.
Receipt emails
When you order a server, we email an order confirmation with the subject "MineXHost order confirmed" followed by the plan and server name. It says "This email is your receipt" and lists the items, any tax, the total charged, what the plan renews at, the order number and the payment method.
Renewals and other charges don't send a receipt email at the moment. Their receipts are under Payments as soon as the charge goes through, and a renewal also shows a Subscription renewed notification in the panel. When we issue a refund, we email you to confirm it.
There's nothing to pay here
Your hosting is a subscription that renews on your saved card, so there are no invoices waiting to be paid. The billing history only lists payments you've already made. To see what's coming next, open Subscriptions and check the Next renewal date. See How billing works.
Orders paid on Stripe's checkout page
For orders paid on a checkout page hosted by Stripe, Link, Stripe's merchant of record service, is the seller. Link emails your receipts and invoices, including any tax it collected, and those payments don't appear in your MineXHost billing history. Our order confirmation email for those orders says the order is confirmed and that the receipt comes from Stripe.
