Open Software, then Server Properties, to change the MOTD, difficulty, game mode, max players, whitelist and more. Click Save changes, then restart the server so the new settings apply.
Open Software, then Version Changer, pick the software, Minecraft version and build, and click Change Version. It is a full reinstall, so stop the server first. A checkpoint backup is taken by default.
Use Software, then Mod Installer or Plugin Installer, to add single mods and plugins from CurseForge or Modrinth, or upload your own .jar in the File Manager. Restart the server to load the change.
The Recommended add-ons card in the Mod and Plugin Installers installs popular add-ons such as LuckPerms, Simple Voice Chat and EssentialsX in one click, picking the build that fits your server's loader and version.
Open Software, then Datapacks, search Modrinth and click Install. The panel picks the version for your server's Minecraft version and puts it in your world's datapacks folder. Restart the server to load it. Java servers only.
Player Manager, under World & Players, lists the players your Java server knows about and lets you whitelist, op, ban, kick and unban them with a click. The server must be running for the buttons to work.
Your plan's RAM is the limit for your whole server. The Estimated RAM shown for modpacks is a guide based on the pack's mod loader, not a measurement. Here is how to check memory use and what to do if it runs short.
TPS tells you whether the server itself is keeping up: 20 is perfect. The lag timeline on the Metrics page shows recorded TPS and tick time with backups, restarts, schedules and player joins marked, so you can see what was happening when it lagged.
Use Tools, then Schedules, to run a restart, a backup or a console command on a timer. Schedule times run on a UTC clock, so check the Next runs list, which shows your local time, before you save.
Paste a webhook from your own Discord channel into Tools, then Discord Alerts, tick the events you want, and the panel posts a message when the server starts, stops, crashes, finishes a backup, or a player joins or leaves.
In Settings, Console timezone sets the timezone MineXEngine uses for its own console messages, and Console filter controls how much server output reaches the console. Both apply the next time the server starts from stopped.
Install NuVotifier or a Votifier mod, give it its own extra port, register that port on each voting site, then press Send test vote in World & Players, Votifier Tester to check that votes get through.
